The village of Woodville enjoys a close proximity to the Minneapolis-St. Paul area, not to mention the city of Eau Claire, which is one of Western Wisconsin’s largest cities. Interstate 94 also runs just south of town, helping local homeowners here get to and from the Twin Cities metro area in only about 45 minutes. The village of Baldwin, WI is also only a few minutes west of Woodville, which is a small St. Croix County town that has about twice as many residents.

With a population of just over 1,300 people, housing opportunities in Woodville are limited to single-family homes close to downtown and medium to large-size farms that occupy much of the surrounding landscape. Thanks to the town’s growing number of job opportunities, it’s easy to see why Woodville might be an attractive destination for any and all home buyers looking to call the Western Wisconsin region home. That’s also why you’ll actually find a fairly nice mix of single-family home styles in town as well, which range from older ranch-style houses and traditional two-stories to plenty of newer construction split-level homes with functional layouts and relatively updated interior finishes.
